Terms of Use

1. Who can use the site

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must follow the laws where you are, including any that apply to sports betting, daily fantasy and pick'em contests, and prediction markets.
• You're responsible for checking that each app you use is legal where you are. The site's state guide is general information and can be out of date.

2. What the site is, and isn't

Forbidden Picks is an information and analytics tool. It compares odds and pick'em lines, estimates chances, suggests stake sizes, and helps you track bets you choose to place elsewhere.

• It is not a sportsbook, pick'em operator or prediction market. You can't place bets or deposit money with us, and we don't hold your funds.
• It is not financial, legal or professional advice. Every bet is your own decision and your own responsibility.
• We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, pick'em app, prediction market, league or team named on the site. Their names and logos belong to them.

3. No promise of results

Picks, chances, expected value, hit rates and stake suggestions are estimates based on data that can be late, incomplete or wrong. Odds and lines change quickly, and apps can change payouts or rules at any time. Past results don't predict future results. Most bets and entries lose, and you can lose all the money you bet. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

4. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• The bets, bankroll and results you enter are your own records. We don't check them against any app.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• use the site if you're under 21 or where using it would be illegal;
• copy, scrape, resell or republish the site's data or picks, or run automated tools against it;
• try to get into other people's accounts, get around security or limits, or disrupt the site;
• use the site to break the rules of any betting or fantasy app.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Paid plans

If we offer paid plans, their price, what's included, billing and how to cancel will be shown before you buy, and those details become part of these terms. Paying for a plan doesn't change section 3: it buys access to tools and information, not results.

7. Responsible gaming

The site includes daily and loss limits and a way to take a break. They're there to help, but staying in control is up to you. If gambling stops being fun, see our responsible gaming page or call 1-800-GAMBLER.

8. The site is provided “as is”

The site may have errors, be unavailable, or change or stop at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for any losses, including betting losses, lost profits or lost data, that come from using or relying on it. Where the law doesn't allow these limits, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know. Using the site after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions? email support@forbidden-picks.com.
